Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the ParentOne platform operated by PARENTONE CARE PRIVATE LIMITED, Plot No. 36, Prithviraj Nagar, Durgapura, Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302018, India.

Nature of service

ParentOne is a care-coordination and management service. It is not a hospital, clinic or old-age home, and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Clinical services are provided by appropriately qualified third-party providers, engaged and charged separately.

Emergencies

ParentOne's emergency coordination workflow is not a replacement for government emergency services. In a life-threatening emergency, call 112 or 108 first.

Subscriptions

Plans are monthly subscriptions. Partner services are charged by the respective verified providers.

Acceptable use

Accounts are personal and permission-based. Misuse of the platform, or misrepresentation of information, may lead to suspension.
