FAQs
Everything families ask us
Is ParentOne an old-age home?
No. Your parents continue living in their own home. ParentOne is a local care-management team that coordinates visits, healthcare, errands and emergencies around them.
Does ParentOne provide medical treatment?
No. ParentOne coordinates care. Clinical services — nursing, physiotherapy, diagnostics, ambulance — are fulfilled by appropriately qualified and verified third-party providers. We never diagnose or treat.
Who is the Care Manager?
A background-verified, trained local professional assigned to your family. They visit your parents, coordinate services, and send you a report after every visit.
How quickly do I get updates?
Immediately. Visit reports, appointment updates and incident alerts appear in your dashboard and are sent as notifications the moment they happen.
What happens in an emergency?
An SOS or an urgent incident opens an emergency case in our operations console instantly. We coordinate ambulance, hospital and Care Manager response and keep the family informed. Note: always call 112 / 108 first in life-threatening situations.
I live abroad. Can I manage everything remotely?
Yes. The entire experience — monitoring, requests, billing, documents — is designed for family members in other cities and countries, across time zones.
Can my siblings also see updates?
Yes. The primary account holder can invite family members with full access, view-only, emergency-contact or billing permissions.
Is my parents' medical information safe?
Medical information is optional and stored only with explicit consent. Access is role-based, permission-controlled and audited. We collect the minimum needed to coordinate care.
Which areas do you serve?
Jaipur — Vaishali Nagar, C-Scheme, Malviya Nagar, Mansarovar and nearby areas. More cities are planned.
How much does it cost?
Plans are monthly subscriptions; see the Plans page for current pricing. Partner services (nursing, physio, ambulance etc.) are charged separately by the verified partner.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are monthly and can be cancelled with notice. There are no lock-ins.
How are Care Managers verified?
Government ID verification, background checks, in-person interviews and structured training before meeting any family.
